A Guide to Aviles

Located on the coastline of the Asturias, the beautiful town of Aviles is beautiful little town perfect for a quick stop off in the area for an afternoons exploration. The main sites of the town are found in its historical area, in which there are many gothic churches and other points of interest. Some of these are the beautiful Town Hall, the Modern Santo Tomas de Canterbury.

There are beautiful palaces to view such including the Valdacarzana, which is a beautiful example of Spanish architecture. One site that is a must visit is the stunning Palico Valdes Theatre and if you are lucky you may be able to take in a show. The town is a picturesque site with wonderful cobbled streets ready for visitors and is a great place for lunch on your way through.
