A Guide to Zaragoza

Zaragoza is approximately 2000 years old and one of the most stunning cities in Spain. It has been the subject of many influences from many different cultures including Muslim, Roman, Arabian and Gothic. There are many places to visit in the city most notably are the Palace of the Counts of Sastago, which has a wonderful courtyard and the stunning Roman fortifications which date back to the 3rd Century.

The Gothic Cathedral de la Seo which is beautiful has many stand out features such as the five naves and lateral chapels and the Mudejar style apses. The night life in the town is unrivalled in the area with fantastic restaurants which serve delicious regional cuisines and there are many bars and clubs which party long into the night. Zaragoza is the main city in the region and is the place to visit.
