Description |
Location. The Citymar Gran Hotel is housed in a seven storey block featuring contemporary architecture and located in the centre of Almeria. It is just 100 metres from the harbour and the 16th century Almeria Cathedral is 300 metres from the hotel. Almeria railway station is 600 metres away, and Almeria Airport (LEI) is eight kilometres distance, an approximate driving time of 15 minutes.

Expert Tip. Climb the hill behind the town to the Alcazaba Fortress, 900 metres from the hotel. The effort required is more than repaid by the superb views. The Fortress was originally built by Abd er Rahmán III in the 10th century.
