Description |
This elegant XVIth century residence, in the heart of the Loire châteaux and the Vouvray vineyards, was used as a refuge by the Protestants during the Amboise conspiracy in 1560. The splendour of bygone days has been authentically recreated here. The lavishly decorated rooms with period furniture testify to this. The cuisine follows the seasons and is enhanced by a fine wine cellar with a focus on Loire wines.
