Learning to cook with the masters of Mexican cuisine will ensure that you get to enjoy the spice and splendor of San Miguel’s food once you return home and there is not better place to learn the art of Mexican cuisine than at Casa de Sierra Nevada's cooking school, Sazon.

Sazon offers a variety of programs ranging from one hour cooking classes on local specialties to week long culinary packages. Culinary packages will combine hands-on cooking history and culture of cetnral Mexico ranging from trips to the local market, dinners in private homes and exclusive candlelit tours of historic buildings.

In addition to featuring regional culinary talent, the hotel will also include a "Toque Travels" series. "Toque Travel" is a program that will include discovering the rich flavors of the areas culture along side renowned chefs from around the world, such as Chef Raymond Blanc of Orient-Express's Michelin two star, Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire, England.
