The Riviera del Conero is a protected area that is found within the Regional Park of Monte Cornero renown for its exquisite natural beauty. The surrounding towns are all enchanting: Ancona, Stirolo, Numana, Marcelli, Portorecanati, Porto Novo, Camerino, Senigallia, Castelfidardo, Loreto, Osimo and Recanati.

Monte Conero provides tourists with excellent possibilities for mountain walking along the numerous mountain paths: the Traversata del Conero, the Sentiero delle Sorelle, the Sentiero dei Sassi Neri, the Sentiero di San Michele, the Stradone di San Lorenzo, the Stradone di SantAndrea and the Sentiero dei Gigli.
