Description

Location. The Courtyard by Marriott Miami Downtown (Fla.) stands across the street from the Miami Convention Center, adjacent to the Flagler Shopping District and one half mile from the American Airlines Arena, home of the Miami Heat. The hotel sits next to a Metromover stop, which provides complimentary transportation through the downtown area.
Hotel Features. The Courtyard Café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and opens up into an adjacent lounge. Meeting facilities and a business center provide high speed Internet access for a fee, and complimentary wireless Internet access is available in the public areas of the hotel. The Florida sun drenches the rooftop lap pool and sundeck. A 24 hour fitness room is available on site.

Guestrooms. Guestrooms display city of Biscayne Bay views from step out balconies. Tropical décor, desks and armchairs or sofas grace each room. Amenities include coffeemakers, video game consoles, cable television and in room safes. Refrigerators are available upon request.

Expert Tip. Bayside Marketplace, located one half mile from the hotel, is an open air market featuring more than 100 boutiques, artist carts and 30 restaurants along the pier.
