Description

Location. The Palms Casino Resort is in Las Vegas, Nev., one and one half miles west of the Strip. The hotel is two miles from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and three miles from Fashion Show Mall and Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum.
Hotel Features. The Palms Casino Resort features Alizé, a fine dining dinner restaurant located on the 55th floor. The restaurant offers views of the Strip with floor to ceiling windows. Alizé serves French and California cuisine such as Pan Seared "Palmex" Foie Gras with Cranberry Chutney. Garduńo's serves Mexican fare for lunch and dinner, including a Sunday margarita buffet. The restaurant offers indoor and poolside patio seating. Rain nightclub contains an elevated dance floor with fireballs. Fountains gyrate to resident DJs' music spinning. Rain offers private skyboxes, cabanas and water booths with limited seating. The hotel's pool complex features two acres of swimming pools with bars. The Glass Bar features a glass floor for viewing the pool below. The Waterfall Bar is hidden behind a 12 foot waterfall. Reborn after 20 years, Playboy Club boasts skyline city views, the iconic Playboy Bunnies and lounge. An escalator ride down takes guests to Nove Italiano or up to Moon Nightclub, complete with retractable roof and located on the top floor of the resort's new Fantasy Tower.

Shopping venues include the Stuff Store with souvenirs and logo wear relating to the hotel. Studio at the Palms is available by appointment for music mixing and recording. The Palms Casino Resort's 90,000 square foot casino includes slots, table games, one keno lounge, bingo, one poker room and one 190 seat race and sports book. Palms Spa offers body treatments, facials, massages and cardiovascular machines.

Guestrooms. Guestrooms at The Palms Casino Resort feature floor to ceiling windows. Beds offer pillowtop mattresses, Frette Italian linens, and down comforters and pillows. Minibars, coffeemakers and in room safes are included. High speed Internet access is available for a fee. Select suites contain separate bedrooms and living rooms, desks, two bathrooms, full bars, and walk in closets. Bathrooms feature Davies Gate toiletries. Select bathrooms include Jacuzzi tubs and steam rooms.

Expert Tip. The Palms Casino Resort is known for hosting MTV's Real World Las Vegas in 2002. The "Real World Suite," spanning one full floor, is now available for reservations.
