Location. A massive neon guitar jutting into the sky over Paradise Road marks the cool and contemporary Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nev. Hotel Features. The Hard Rock features five restaurants, including Nobu's sushi bar, Simon, which serves new American cuisine, and AJ's Steakhouse with live piano, steaks and smooth martinis.
