The Maeva Residence Le Touquet is located in the Parc de La Canche, on the edge of the forest, near the racetrack and riding stables. The beach and shops are two kilometers away. Guests can enjoy on site amenities such as the unheated pool with terrace solarium and deck chairs, mail/messages and information service, bicycle storage, loan of irons/ironing boards and hair dryers, board games on loan, and a play area for children. Also available at the property are coin operated laundry and rental for television, bicycles and tennis court time. Pets are allowed at the property for a fee of 46 Euros per animal per stay. Animals are prohibited in the pool area and must be kept on a leash within the residence compound. The studio unit comes with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, mini oven, and two ring hotplate. Each unit contains a balcony with furniture for guests' convenience. Other amenities include a telephone and television plug. Televisions can be rented at the front desk. The bedding consists of a lounge with two single beds and closed cabin with two single bunk beds. All units have a separate bath and toilet.
