Hotel Features. Chefs at The French Room prepare succulent Neo classic cuisine in a fine dining atmosphere with crystal chandeliers hanging from domed ceilings adorned with murals. Specialties include Roasted Colorado Rack of Lamb and Pecan Encrusted Foie Gras. This formal attire restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday though Saturday evenings only and reservations are required. The Bistro and Walt Garrison Rodeo Bar & Grill offer all day dining from a menu featuring Texan favorites. Afternoon tea is served in the Lobby Living Room, among Queen Anne furnishings and traditional tunes from an 1893 Victorian Steinway formerly owned by the Guggenheims.

More than 24,000 square feet of convention, conference and functional meeting space is in the hotel, including a 5,300 square foot Grand Ballroom. A modern business center provides complimentary high speed Internet access, desktop publishing and printing. The hotel's gift shop offers everything from whimsical tea pots to premium cigars. Also on site is a fitness center with cardiovascular and strength training equipment.

Guestrooms. The 422 guestrooms at The Adolphus A Noble House Hotel feature antique furnishings, separate sitting areas, minibars and walk in closets. European lithographs hang on the walls. Expert Tip. Built in 1912 by a beer baron, this Baroque style hotel houses a museum quality art collection among its dark mahogany paneled walls including European lithographs, engravings and early Flemish tapestries.
