Description

The Westin Resort & Spa Cancun is located on the remote southern tip of Cancun Island in Cancun, Mexico. El Rey Ruins archeological site is two kilometers from this property.

Six on site restaurants and bars offer menu selections that range from beachfront burgers and pizza to formal settings where international and Mexican specialties are prepared. A business center includes computers with high speed Internet access, and event space is available.

Recreational amenities include two beaches, one that provides morning sunshine and the other that retains the light in the afternoon. Five outdoor pools include two children's pools, and five interlocking cool water spa tubs are located on the beach. Complimentary watercraft are available for use on the lagoon. Two rooftop tennis courts are complimentary during the day.

The health and beauty spa offers massage, body wraps, scrubs, facials, and hair and nail care. The Westin Workout Powered by Reebok fitness center contains a mirror lined workout studio where exercise classes are taught for a fee. The Westin Kids Club, located in a beach hut, provides supervised activities for children ages four through 12.

This resort offers 379 guestrooms in a six story main building and a seven story Premier Tower. Guestrooms feature Westin's signature Heavenly Beds with pillowtop mattresses, triple sheeting, down blankets, comforters and duvets and five goosedown/feather pillows.

The Heavenly Bath offers dual showerheads, waffle weave bathrobes, Brazilian combed cotton bath towels and Molton Brown English toiletries. Wireless Internet access is available. Premier Tower rooms feature a private reception area, concierge desk, and use of an exclusive lounge that serves complimentary continental breakfasts and evening appetizers. Premier Tower guests also have exclusive access to an outdoor pool and a 10 person spa tub.

A sweat lodge, or "temazcal," located on the lagoon beach, features heated volcanic stones, aromatic scents and soothing music.

Amenities and services at this resort may not be included in the room rate, and are subject to change.
