The Hilton Nova Yardinia Alborea resort is comprised of 124 Individual wooden lodges set in 16 hectares of lush pinewood forest on the Ionian sea coast, 30 kilometres from Taranto. The luxury wooden lodges scattered amongst lush woodland connected by wooden pathways. All lodges offer private furnished verandas, two bathrooms and jetted tubs. Amenities include air conditioning, cable TV and minibars.
The hotel offers guests a relaxing rural setting in which to enjoy five kilometres of private beach or the opportunity to bronze by the swimming pool. An open air grill restaurant and American bar keep guests refreshed during the day and in the evening a fine dining restaurant serves local specialities. The hotel boasts the largest Thalassotherapy centre in Italy offering a wide range of treatments as well as a medical centre.
The centre includes balneotherapy rooms, massage rooms, hydrotherapy rooms, water massages, seawater jet sprays, beauty treatments rooms and relaxation rooms. Those feeling energetic can work out in the fitness room. Within the complex guests can enjoy access to a range of sporting facilities including tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts. In the hotel there is a video arcade and table tennis. A hiking trail, jogging path and walking track are available for the use of guests. At the beach there are plenty of opportunities for water sports.
There are two 18 hole golf courses within 20 kilometres of the hotel. Business guests can enjoy access to five meeting rooms with capacities from 30 to 300 people and a dedicated Hilton Meetings team are on hand to offer business services. The region's capital of Taranto is 30 kilometres from the hotel and the impressive Castellana Grotte coastal caves are 50 kilometres away. Bari Airport is 80 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 60 minutes.

Directions |
A shuttle bus connects with arrivals and runs from the airport to Bari central railway station. Local trains go from Bari down the coast to Taranto. A taxi from the airport costs approximately 210 EUR. Car rental is available on line. All prices are subject to change. Due to the rural location of this hotel a hire car would be recommended to explore the region.
Driving directions: From Bari Airport Take the highway A14 to Taranto then take the State road 106 (directon Reggio Calabria). The hotel complex Nova Yardinia has its own exit from the min road and is clearly indicated
