Surrounded by mountains, sand dunes and lagoons, the Le Meridien Chia Laguna in Chia, Sardinia, Italy, boasts a private beach in the Bay of Chia. A complimentary mini train service provides easy accessibility for guests to get to the sandy beach, which is located 700 meters from the resort.
The Le Meridien has three pools and an on site gymnasium that offers a range of aerobics classes. After a work out, guests can wind down in the sauna and steam room, take a dip in the spa tub or indulge in beauty treatments.
Guests can enjoy evening entertainment in the main piazza, where homemade ice cream and original specialty cocktails are served. The resort is also capable of hosting conferences for up to 1,200 guests. Other amenities at the Le Meridien include complimentary parking and on site shopping. Dining options include a buffet style restaurant that serves regional specialties, a seafood restaurant in the sand dunes close to the beach and a poolside restaurant. Guests each day can enjoy half board (breakfast and dinner only; neither drinks, nor children's meals, nor are all restaurants included).
The Le Meridien features 376 guestrooms throughout the resort. All rooms located in the main building were refurbished in 2005. Guestroom amenities include cable television, direct dial telephones, Internet access and in room safes. All guestrooms have a large patio or terrace, with view of the Chia sea.
The half board meal plan does not include beverages, children's meal and is not available in all hotel restaurants. Lunch is not included. Seek further clarification at the front desk upon check in for more details about the half board meal plan.

Directions |
The hotel provides an airport transfer service (surcharge) and taxis are available from outside the arrivals hall. Bicycles can be used to explore the surrounding resort. A hire car is recommended to make the most of a trip to the region.
Driving directions: From the airport, take the Srada Statale SS 195 in the direction of Pula for 20 miles. After Pula continue on SS 195 for 8 miles and turn left off the SS 195 towards Chia as signposted. Resort is 2 miles down on the right.
