Description

A modern beachfront complex set at the foot of Mount Pellegrino on the outskirts of Palermo, the Addaura Hotel is situated two kilometres from Mondello. The 50 guestrooms and 30 apartments have tiled floors and come equipped with air conditioning, minibars, safes, and satellite television.

Graffiti restaurant serves Sicilian dishes, specialising in oven-cooked pizza, fresh fish, homemade bread, pastries and local wines. Diners can eat inside, or in the garden overlooking the sea. Guests can cool off in the swimming pool (1 June-30 Sept.), with separate kids' area, and there is a bocce game on site. Staff at the 24-hour front desk can advise on local sightseeing opportunities and arrange excursions to Mondello, Erice and San Vito Lo Capo. The hotel exhibits art depicting scenes from pre- historic times to the modern day throughout the complex and there is a piano lounge for drinks and light entertainment. Business guests benefit from a modern conference centre with a capacity for up to 500 delegates, equipped with audio-visual technologies, wireless Internet, and further meeting rooms for smaller groups. Palermo Airport is 26 kilometres from the hotel, a drive of around 20 minutes.

The nearest train station is 13 kilometres from the hotel. From the airport take the A29 highway (Palermo Mazzara) and exit at Tommaso Natale, following signs for Mondello. At the Valdesi Roundabout, turn right towards Addaura. The hotel is situated opposite the Roosevelt Port.
