The family run Villa Kinzica is set on Lake Monte Isola in the traditional lakeside village of Sale Marasino, 10 kilometres from the vineyards and castles of Franciacorta. The 18 guestrooms are air conditioned and feature period furniture and floral fabrics. All guestrooms offer views of the lake, mountains or pool, and include Internet connections, satellite television and minibars.

To get from the airport to the villa, a hired car is advisable, and airport taxis must be pre booked. The best way around the local area is on foot or by bicycle. For day trips and exploring neighbouring areas a car is recommended.
