Positioned on one acre of lush hillside, this villa overlooks the Caribbean Sea and the Half Moon Golf Course. The Villa Mawr's living area features cheery, tropical fabrics and sliding glass doors opening onto a 30 foot veranda. The dining room includes a separate balcony, and is furnished in bright yellow fabrics and washed walls. A sparkling private pool occupies a sundeck with lounge chairs. Complimentary memberships at the deluxe Wyndham Rose Hall Resort and Country Club are provided, and include access to tennis courts, golf, a health club and a water park. Pets are not allowed at this property.
This villa offers four bedrooms accompanied by en suite bathrooms. One of the two bedrooms on the top floor features a private ocean view balcony, and both first floor bedrooms boast private patios located adjacent to the pool area. The two first floor bedrooms are separated by a sunroom. A television, CD player, VCR, movie library and a Nintendo game system are available.
